Changing of Seasons

I know most people get really excited about summer changing to fall. The changing of the leaves, the crispness in the air and a welcomed break from 100 degree days.

Everyone except me. Mid summer I start wishing it would stay warm forever, never get cold. This fall seems especially hard considering one day it was sunny and warm and the next day was in the fifties and pouring down rain. And so it rained and rained for nearly two weeks straight. Brady refuses to go outside to use the bathroom and I cant really blame him. That doesn’t mean he still doesn’t bother me to no end when he cant find just the perfect spot to go.

On the plus side I’m finally getting a hang of the whole nannying for little kids thing. I’ve been working more hours than I knew I could and for the most part really enjoying every minute. I’m mostly upset because we moved at the end of summer and I feel like I haven’t gotten to spend enough time in prancing around in dresses and enjoying the heat. If only New York could be located in Florida…
