The other night I volunteered to make dessert for dinner with our friends, because really? What else am I going to make? I decided to give this Pumpkin Spice Cookie recipe a try. They were fairly straightforward to make, my only suggestion to getting them just right would be to form the dough into balls and then flatten it a bit because unlike normal cookies these do not really spread out.
I wasn’t even aware that Pumpkin Spice Hershey Kisses existed, but in hindsight I’m not sure why I was surprised. Everyone I know is scrambling to consume as much pumpkin as humanely possible before the season is over.
I sent the leftover cookies into work with Jon, whose coworkers declared me a unicorn.

They were afraid that since I was pregnant I would stop sending Jon in with treats for the office. I feel like they’re extending me a challenge to bake bigger and better. Oh, I accept the challenge.
