Napa

After leaving San Francisco we drove to Napa for a bit of wine and relaxation.  We ended up staying in a Bed and Breakfast, which was surprisingly nice.  I always shy away from them, but we really enjoyed ourselves.  We hadn’t done much research on where we wanted to go, so we got there with very little planned.  Jon ended up choosing 4 wineries- 2 big and touristy, 2 small and more intimate.

Of the ones we visited, my favorite, by far was Alpha Omega.  Beautiful outdoor seating, amazing staff and of course, great wine.

At night we walked around Napa, enjoyed wine and cheese at the Oxbow Market and ended with dinner downtown.

Napa, you were so good to us.  Luckily I have a few bottles of wine to remember you by.
