This year was the first that Adelaide was not only excited to see Santa, but proudly asked him for the gifts she wants as well as smiled for pictures. On her list this year are bunk beds for her baby dolls and a Belle (Beauty and the Beast) doll.
I love that she could ask for literally anything and those are the two things she’s settled on. Jon has been working on building the doll bunk beds, and I sewed mattresses, blankets and pillows.
Earlier this week she asked me, “What if Santa doesn’t bring me the toys I asked for?”
Girlfriend, you have three grandmas. You’ll be fine.
Also, I’d like to add that when we bought these photos our only options were to get physical prints (which we have no use for) or a CD with the images. We got the CD but then had no way to actually view them… Neither of our computers have CD drives, so I ended up having to go to the library to use a computer there. Let’s catch up with technology, mall Santa.
